Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you can return your item within 30 days of receiving it.
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to ship your package. We cannot accept returns without a return request.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or shipped incorrectly, please contact us immediately so we can assess and correct the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of merchandise cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), customized products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on promotional items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you need is to return the item and purchase a new one if your return is accepted.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the item is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you whether a refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
