Terms of Service

We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you can return your item within 30 days of receiving it.

To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us first at info@cyzarize.com to request a return and obtain the correct return address and label. Do not ship any returns before contacting customer service. Returns shipped without prior authorization or without using the provided return address/label may be refused.

If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to ship your package. We cannot accept returns without a prior return request.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or shipped incorrectly, please contact us immediately at info@cyzarize.com so we can assess and correct the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of merchandise cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), customized products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Promotional items and gift cards are non-returnable. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you need is to return the item (following the return authorization procedure) and purchase a new one if your return is accepted.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If the item is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please contact info@cyzarize.com to receive return instructions and address. Items must be returned in the same condition as received.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether a refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If you haven't received your refund 15 business days after approval, contact us at info@cyzarize.com.
