Shipping Policy & Rates

We offer free standard shipping for orders delivered within the continental United States and the United Kingdom. Standard delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after the order is processed. Expedited shipping options (1–2 day delivery) are also available at an additional cost.

We ship internationally; however, customers outside the continental U.S. and U.K. are responsible for shipping fees. Alaska and Hawaii are excluded from free standard shipping. Please see “International Shipping Policies” below for more information.

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier (such as UPS, FedEx, or a third-party carrier), delivery performance is outside our control.


Processing Time

  • Standard shipping orders: ship within 1–3 business days

  • Orders placed on weekends/holidays: processed on the next business day

  • Expedited shipping orders:

    • Must be placed before 11 AM (PST) to ship the same day

    • Orders placed after the cut-off time or on weekends ship the next business day

    • Expedited shipping does not deliver on weekends

We’re proud to offer Shipping Protection to ensure your order arrives safely and worry-free.

Shipping Protection covers:

  • Damaged in transit → replacement provided

  • Lost by carrier → replacement shipped

  • Stolen after delivery (porch theft) → replacement after claim verification

How to Request a Replacement

  1. Contact us at info@cyzarize.com within 7 days of the issue

  2. Provide your order number and any supporting details
    (photos of damage, tracking screenshot, etc.)

  3. Once approved, a replacement will be shipped immediately


If You Did NOT Purchase Shipping Protection

We will still assist with transit-damaged items.
However, customer will be responsible for a replacement shipping fee ($25–$100) based on the product size/weight.


Exclusions

Shipping Protection does not cover:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses entered at checkout

  • Late claim submissions beyond the required timeframe

Replacements are sent to the original shipping address, unless otherwise approved.


🌍 International Shipping Policies

International orders are shipped via FedEx, DHL, or UPS.
Delivery may take 3–5 weeks, depending on destination and customs processing.

Taxes/duties/handling fees:

  • Calculated at checkout (when available)

  • Paid by the customer at time of purchase

However, additional customs duties or import charges may be required upon arrival in your country. These fees:

  • Are not controlled by Mini Cyzarize

  • Are not refundable by Mini Cyzarize

Please confirm your country’s import rules before placing an order.

If a package is refused or undeliverable:

  • Customer is responsible for shipping + duties/taxes + handling fees

  • Refunds (if eligible) will be issued only after items are returned and restocked

  • Shipping and import fees are non-refundable
